  5 Star experience from the Receptionist Lowanda, Dental Assistant Ashley, Dentist Dr Pagano, and the Office Manager Carolyn. I’ve been using a dental sleep appliance for over 15 years and I have never had such a positive experience as today at Virginia Total Sleep. Today's (March 1, 2024) visit with Dr. Pagano's office was great. Ashley helped we with explaining my new SomnoMed device, how to use it,  and clean it on a daily basis. Then they will evaluate next month regarding my progress with the device, and how I am doing with my sleep apnea.

Great visit today (April 1, 2024). As usual the clinicians were very courteous and professional. The sleep study device, NightOwl,  is the advanced technology, no more wires hooked onto you while you sleep.

  Very nice office. I have to travel 70+ miles for my appointments, so I can appreciate coming to the nice atmosphere and setting you feel as soon as you walk in. The staff is very polite with smiles greeting you as you check in with them. The time waiting is minimal and attention to getting your visit underway appears to be a top priority. This was only my second visit to the office, however I was very impressed with the professionalism, and knowledge displayed by Ashely the assistant.  The Doctor and staff definitely are top notch.  It's a breath of fresh air to see providers who are courtesy, and treat the patient as the top priority. Absolutely recommend this office.
